These self-guided workbooks are here as a gentle starting point—or a companion to the work you may already be doing. They’re designed to offer guidance, reflection, and practical tools for navigating things like body image, food-related thoughts, and feeling safe in your body.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You don’t have to be in therapy to deserve support. And you don’t have to do it all at once.
Whether you’re simply curious, feeling stuck, or looking for something to support you between sessions, these resources are available to meet you where you are.
